I have a question, I remember you posting a gif of your Mithra in the Mog house wearing the Valentine's day outfit , I was wondering what software you use to make those

Fixing my post...you said Mithra, not miqo!. And for my XI screenshots, I just use the regular print-screen option. I do use Windower, and with Windower you can tweak the in-game graphics settings to make them not as horrible as default. If you haven't set that up already, when you open windower, go to edit and game options. I use the following settings:

Super Sampling - on
Bump Mapping - off
Mip Mapping - none

The others I believe I just left at default here. The super sampling just by itself should make things look a wee bit better.
