So, I completed the facet of gathering. Now, I'm not sure whether to stick to my original plan of just leveling one crafter class or if I want to level 3 crafter classes and fisher so I can do the other 4 facets. I really enjoyed the story, but I don't like leveling crafter/fisher.

I have heard/read, that it is best to level gathering/crafting classes TOGETHER. In bunches of 10 or so, for gearing reasons
