Grats! You do a lot better than I, got my 100 frontlines victories with Maelstrom just a moment ago and it took me 384 matches, lol. But I am pretty happy with my war horse and my safeguard system mount... And maybe a teeny-weeny bit better at pvp than when I started
x) Keep at it.
With 71 other people on the map, a positive winrate is harder here more than ever. To a start, I find the healthiest mindset in competitive team games is to find fulfillment not in winning, but steady self-improvement. Constantly re-evaluating where you can do better, and thinking more about how you did in a match versus where your team placed, since with a completely randomly matched team in a game mode with randomly spawning nodes, luck is always going to be a factor and individual performance is the only thing you have control over. In general it yields more satisfaction while also leading to more improvement when you are thinking more about what you could have done better rather than what others did wrong, which is more conducive to success.
Other than that, while this is something psychologically people can't always do, getting good at shotcalling while minimizing cost to performance is good, too. A lot of people need leadership or reminders or just a second indication of information when their senses are overloaded. People who say FL is a zerg or that individuals can't make a difference are underperformers and misinformed; it's more like an RTS game with AI that is sporadically competent, and a good tactician will adjust based on the cards they are dealt. It was certainly instrumental in why my 1st place winrate is climbing to 40% and my 3rd place rate has stayed below 30%.
That said the majority of players don't want to put themselves out there, especially when they can make calls that are wrong which can feel terrible, so it's completely understandable if people aren't comfortable with it.
Recleared the savage tier one last time with my static and unsubbed.
See you in 5.3 folks. Hopefully by then healers will be fun to play.

with the exception of boss, i just let the npc handle the mobs while i just alt tab browsing stuff and enjoying pod cast
Still progressing MSQ past Stormblood, and was working on leveling my DoL classes today.![]()
Unlocked the Moogle tribe quests (was trying to finish Ixal before I went after them), continuing slow and steady progress on my Crafters and such.
Yesterday, ARM lv50 quest cutscene and... (spoiler alert)
At the very moment Admiral Merlwyb had walked past Blanstyr and he, head down, walks away, Spotify stopped its music and shouted: "Farewell, old boiler!"

Gonna start my day by running Pharos hard for that top again, and maybe do some leveling roulette, the more story and get ready for more ugly tank gear from the 75 dungeon.
Edit: nvm Pharos. Im getting home late in time for reset.

I'm always late to the party so I've managed to join and start some PFs for synced EX trial runs. Mechanics = fun. Took care of Byakko and Seiryu. We got owned by Susaku. Friggin symbols. We also gave Hades EX a try, but it was really too late to get good progression on it. Hopefully tonight will be better!
