- Log in, hop into FC chat to request an unsynced farming party for Bardam's Mettle for my clothes because obvious
- In spite of the fact that my team and I are a murderous force of sheer and utter destruction, the drop rate was Hella low
- So we run it some more, manage to get my boots and gloves, then we have a small reprieve before continuing our grindfest.
- That is, until my best friendo logs on and we drag him along for the wild ride!
- Drop rate improves, I get the chest piece after two more runs. The belt too but IDGAF for that lmao
- By this point we are all tired, hungry, and I'm personally in need of some TLC from my nhaama. Alas, I am a stubborn bloke who refuses to give up on the pants
- I NEED THOSE FUDGING PANTS.
- FC helps me acquire said pants
- We all rejoice after a long day of this grindfest, and celebrate by going to our FC leader's best friend's friend's wedding
- Enjoy a lovely ERP session with my nhaama back at the private estate afterwards

I'm playing FFXI, got Geomancer to 95 and starting on the Bastok Missions becuase I can't continue Wings of the goddess without some Bastok nation missions completed...which is stupid
