It's unlikely that we'll see any new abilities added to the game until 6.0 is upon us, though that doesn't mean feedback can't be put forward.
I propose the addition of very powerful but dangerous abilities that deal damage both to enemies in range of the attack and also any allies caught up in the assault.
Aside from being very immersive, it could add an additional layer of risk vs reward in combat situations.

People already get really mad at each other for playing almost correctly, if you could play the opposite of correctly and directly kill your teammates with your own abilities it would probably lead to real life violence.

Nah, this is a silly idea.
It would be much more counter-productive then do anything good or fun in the game.
It could be used to troll, and just make most content harder and take much longer to do.
Be a nightmare for healers to

				Big no to that one.
Like others said trolling would get a whole new level cause of people abusing it and forcibly killing healers in dungeons to extend the run.
I mean some are ALREADY doing it with boss aoes while healer is hardcasting a res or whatever.
So yeah... no thank you.

				i’d rather not.

In a perfect world, something like this could be added and no one would ever abuse it.
This is not a perfect world, and that means that people would troll the crap out of it.

This already exists. It's called Rescue.

I can already kill players in unintended ways just fine. I call it "Red Mage LB3 on a Small Platform".
