A couple of small gripes.

I wish they would add a couple of 60+ dungeons to the GC command missions. Just let your level 60 recruits sync upward to run them with you.

My second gripe is just a pet peeve of mine. I'm not one of those people who believes games need to be ultra realistic. But I'd like to think if I was standing a foot away from and having a conversation with a fellow henchman and they suddenly start getting pelted with arrows and a chocobo runs in to attack them, I'd jump in and help them.

Haha, that Nomnom comic is exactly what I was thinking of when I read the OP's second comment.

As for the OP's first problem, I think that is for technical reasons - each dungeon has it's own unique mechanics that the development team specifically has to code the squadron's AI to handle, and with so many dungeons all with increasing difficulty in mechanics, it would probably result in eating into a lot of development time and resources to bother with sadly (this is also the reason why the Trust system has not been opened up for use in earlier dungeons also). So although I too would love to see the squadron able to run more dungeons, I just don't think it will happen I'm afraid.
