[Request] Fix AST's card execution

Then you get to deal with macro delays. With all the other problems with AST I'd rather not have to deal with clipping on top of it.

There is no delay, it works exactly as it did before.

/macroicon "Draw"

It won't eat your cards if you wait out the cooldown of draw. It will use your drawn card and then you can draw another (Also interacts well with sleeve draw)
