    Weekly cap rewards

I understand this isnt a common thing that happens but this is the first time i really witnessed it first hand. A player Drops out of a 24 man raid after receiving the first weekly loot reward, never to return. Usually i would see a spot vacant on one of the other parties, never realizing that they are experiencing what we did, until now. For us this time it was one of our healers and well we ended up looking like scrubs because we just couldnt keep up with the damage output and our other healer was overwhelmed.

I am not really sure what can be done to remedy this kind of behavior, but it really sucks.

I never thought about that, people getting the piece of gear, then just leaving. But that would explain some of the empty spots. I actually enjoy the raid, I wouldn't want to leave. Plus I still need all the orchestrion rolls and the grey pod!

That's pretty sad to hear. I'd be perfectly fine If you leave mid raid after receiving a piece of gear then your gear is forfeited.
