    Crystal / Coeurl broken?

    Got DCd about 10 min ago. Can't come back in. Other servers appear fine.
    No character data displayed. Queue of 81 when I attempt connect, and never completes.
    Is Coeurl alive?

    Diabolos in same state.

    Today pretty sure Alliance Raid Roulette was broken. I was in list 1 for it for over hour and half and never popped. After 2 hours waiting for it gave up. This was around 3:05pm pst. I'm on Crystal.
