Tbh, Beastmaster fits in the "Limited Job" glove much more than Blue Mage, because a battle pet system would be the perfect excuse to do so. And I think they might allow much better implementation wise.

Collect pets around, use them to battle other player's pets. Yeah, WoW (and other games?) been there, but at this point, it's more like a predictable feature from a game anyways.
