Ground Target Hold & Release?

I am not much knowledgable in macro stuff, and this will probably look like a silly question, but is it possible to sort of have such covered by a macro, like casting salted earth on active target?

I have such a macro for Asylum, cast on target. No clue about Salted Earth but it should be the same for all ground targeted skills.

I hate ground targetting because it's too clunky and takes too much time, so anything that makes it better is welcome on my end.
