TBH I wish more tutorial gameplay was mandatory. Even if you're the most half witted, no paying attention simpleton there's the timed dialog covering a good portion of the screen in them. Teach people what markers mean, make orange markers have more status ailments over damage like Petrify or Heavy, and maybe one in which a limit break is used.

It is baffling how poorly people play and end up bringing entire parties down at post 70. How they got through their job quests, I do not know, but somehow they did, and still fail mechanics showed in them.
