not every job has a rotation unless we drop an entire role, say hi to all healer jobs who have only 1 button to smash XD

In some cases they can tweak CD and duration. The benefits would mean less short-term repetition, as well as make some of these jobs less impacted by fight downtime placement (making content design and job design easiser). So, for example, IR for the Warrior could have a minute CD, but 6 second duration, so you can still get three Fell Cleaves in. Of course numbers would need to be changed but just an example. There has to be a balance since the initial point of when you pop these CDs feels good, so you can't just make it too short. In PvP it's already 6 sec duration (45 sec CD) and it feels pretty good.

You start talking about Healers in specific, and I don't disagree there. Healers have been homogenized to an astounding level. But then you start saying "all of the jobs within a role," the article "a" making me believe you're speaking about any role. If the former, I agree; peel layers back a bit, let healers have some varying playstyles. If the latter, I couldn't disagree more. Summoner does not play a whit like Black Mage and neither play like Red Mage; none of them have the same considerations for movement besides "This is a good time to move"; they have such vastly different tools for movement that what a Red Mage could consider difficult to maintain uptime in (Stormy Horizons, as an example), a Black Mage or a Summoner would not.3.0 healer was fun, you had 2-3 DoTs, ground AoE, Virus, Regens, Shields and some unique buffs across the 3. Homogenization is balancing but also super boring. Now that all the jobs within a role are like 80% identical kits, maybe peel back a layer or two and diversify them gradually again moving forward? The way it is now, every job has an answer to a similar skill within the same role with few if any being truly unique outside of animation.
Even their rotations are incredibly different. You can say "Red Mage is just Black Mage-lite" but that's incredibly reductionist and ignores the gauge building mechanic of Red Mage entirely. Summoner has always been completely different from either of its caster peers, focusing on a much more rigidly structured rotation that revolves around trances and demis as bursts. You cannot even begin to play a Summoner in the same way you'd play a Black Mage and vice-versa, although there are general rules of casting you pick up on that translate across all casters (healers included) like slidecasting.

As a healer seeing someone complain about tank and dps rotations being repetitive makes me irrationally angry

What about the RDM AoE melee attack? You spam that around 8 times in a row.
Personally I think 3.4 Alexander: The Creator was when we had the best rotations overall. Dots and debuffs on nearly every job, openers that felt great perfecting them, and rarely feeling like I'm just mashing buttons. I mained NIN at the time though, but also played MCH and MNK a lot as well, and dabbled in several others. But more or less, it felt the same across them all in that they all felt fluid and rewarding to execute correctly while varying significantly between jobs. I definitely miss that NIN rotation a lot though, the current NIN is just really off-putting for me personally because it just seems like skills were just mashed together without any rhyme or reason. Maybe it's just me though *shrug*

the only real spam mechanic i hate is the buff and spam the same GCD 5 times in a row aka inner release, delirium, hypercharge and requiem cast (well this one have a finisher but mostly the same) and the worse is 3 tanks have this nonesense like what is diversity? i mean well MCH is kinda acceptable bcs is the only DPS that have this but 3 tanks? and 2 of them being a blanty copy paste, why we have 4 tanks if they are starting to have the same mechanics with little no variation? whats next? making GNB bloodfest a inner release too so they hit 5 burst strikes in a row? i hope they abandom this growing tendence to add inner release to everything.

Really? Your complaint with BLM is that they can cast Flare twice in a row? Do you realize what we have to cast in order to get that to happen? Of all the intricacies with the BLM level 80 rotation, you're upset at being able to cast Flare twice... wow... okay.

BLM rotation be like
Seriously, it's...a lot to take in. Nice numbers if everything is nailed just right though.
