Consistent 90002 and 90006 errors: possible DDoS?

Apparently everyone i talked to that had issues, used Comcast "US" as a internet provider.... So theres something with comcast and Square having issues.

Saw on Reddit a few people mention Comcast. . .

People saying this lasted a year, that's terrifying lol. I assume everyone is going to pass responsibility off on someone else but theoretically if I were to call about this.. who'd I call?
