




I mean, fixing it is on whoever owns it. In this case, it seems to be NTT. Not everyone is effected, and its not SE's fault. Not much they can do about it.I also experienced this yesterday. It was incredibly bad and made the game unplayable. I did not receive this problem AT ALL before yesterday. ISP also Comcast, but everyone keeps saying its a node... what can be done to compel people to fix the node? I've yet to test it out today because of work, but if it persists I may have to unsub. It. was. bad.
