How to leave a raid?

I tied to leave a Copied Factory run today because I was too tired, and doing more harm than good. (Many deaths, and failing my rotation constantly.)

Unfortunately, every time I attempted to leave, nothing happened, so I ended up having to stay and suffer through the whole thing. I think I died over 15 times overall
I clicked on the Duty Information, and clicked the "Leave" button, then Abandon..
This works if I try it in a trust run though. Am I missing something?

You can't leave in combat

As Valkyrie said you can't leave in combat. Next time wait till a battle is over then hit leave.

I wonder if releasing back to the entrance and running out the portal would work..

You just cant be in the arena, releasing lets you leave

Die so not in combat then hit leave or revive back at the start then hit leave since your not in combat anymore.
