Game keeps crashing since 5.1

Right as 5.1 rolled over the game has started to crash randomly anywhere but more prominently in The Copied Factory, the only error code I get it's that its related to Directx 11. It's the only game I have this issue with and I have tried everything (reinstall, playing from another source, graphic driver uninstall, whole computer format and reinstall), and nothing fixes it.
Since I've wiped everything many times I can only assume it's something related to the game, these are my specs:

Last time it crashed it didn't show a proper error window but the Event Viewer logged this:

Only updates or changes since the error started was patch 5.1 itself, had no issues before that.

Does the crash happen when there are programs running in the background? Could you try disabling and background programs or overlays? Could you also try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

Tried disabling everything on the background and with a clean boot and it stills happens, 90% of the times on the Copied Factory.

First crash was to desktop with no error, but second gave me this.

Could you try changing the compatibility mode if you have not done so already? To change compatibility mode, right click on the exe file (Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareEnix\Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn\boot\ffxivboot.exe), right click it and select ‘Properties.’ Select the ‘Compatibility’ tab and select Windows 7.

After updating Windows to the latest version that came out just a few days ago and getting the newest AMD driver plus downloading the Microsoft Visual C++ fix someone suggested on these forums I managed to do a full run of The Copied Factory without a crash, which is a first since I haven't been able to do that since it released, fingers crossed hoping that's fixed.
