    PC Crash/restarts when loading into some areas.

    When loading into some areas, though mainly seen then happen when teleporting do the Tempest during hunt trains or S ranks when the screen goes to black before showing the loading screen of the areas name, my PC will shut off and restart.

    I have had this happen a few times going to during a A rank hunt train Il' Meag and once leaving Eurkea but that time the screen turned white and I couldn't do anything but restart my PC

    Is there an error message that appears when the crash happens? If so, could you provide it in your next reply? What have you tried so far to alleviate the the issue?

    Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
