MNK / SAM: Which substats to focus on in 5.x?

Up until the end of SB I had my Monk and Samurai focused on Crit. Hit and Direct Hit. Yesterday I got the Monk to 80 and wanted to give him some new pants and noticed many of the current gear options include Det.

Did something change with ShB in that matter? And in case this is important, I will not really play MNK. It's more likely for me to turn back to SAM. Just mentioned it cuz they share the same gear. ^^

So, which substat priority would you recommend?

For Sam, you want skill speed to one of three tiers.

After that it's Direct Hit > Crit > Det.

For monk, crit is still top priority because of the way job mechanics require you to crit to unlock chakra stacks. Sometimes the devs just make items with garbage stats on them.
