I feel like this has completely fallen under the radar.

Right now, there are no FC permission settings for aquariums. Anyone in an FC even without normal furnishing permissions can change anything in FC house aquariums. It means that valuable big fish or the Tsukuyomi backdrop on display can be overwritten by anyone at any time. It should not happen.

There are three potential ways that this change can be handled, from best to minimal.

1. Allow those with the permissions to do so the option to make a furnishing "unclickable" through an icon or selection from the base placement menu. This allows the most flexibility for all furnishings.

2. Add individual permissions for Aquariums and other similar items. If orchestrions and message books can have permissions, why not these other furnishings also?

3. If the above two are not feasible, have the activity log at least show us who is making changes to aquariums and other such furnishings. So at least we know who is doing it.

Any change would be very much appreciated.
