Please give DNC the chakram dance emote [SPOILERS]

Good day! There is a dancing animation, which I believe is shown multiple times, but most noticeably it's shown at the end of the DNC quest line (when you dance with Ranaa). I feel like this should have been something that was released with 5.0, but we don't have many unique weapon emotes other than changepose and battle ad victory stances.

Can we please get this as a persistent emote?

Isn't that the animation for Improvisation?

I don't believe they are the same. I've seen both, and they look different from one another. Though there may be some animations taken from Standard/Technical step used in the animation that I have mentioned.

Improvisation is mostly spinning in place. The full dance has a lot more footwork and moving about.

Relatedly, I still want that music as an orchestrion roll.

I'd like a Perform feature for dancers where we can do our individual dance moves freeform without the gaudy spell animations that come with our abilities. No new animations required, just the animations we have for RP without the spell effects.

To be fair, you can just turn off animations if you want to use the steps for /gpose or other RP purposes. Removes all the frilly things from it. I do it quite a bit so I can get some nice Dancer-y screenshots.

I would also really like this. I'll bet there's a big possibility for it, something just like Bard's performance, just dance moves instead!

SUre but that only turns off my settings, would be nice for RP purposes to be able to do it and not have the spell animations flashing for anyone else as well. Plus a perform system would be freeform and not having us limited to standard/technical step cooldowns etc.

Also yes, and add more than the 4 steps, like leaps, shimmies, and other flamenco/bellydancing/ballet moves

I will agree that the effects that come with the steps are kinda gaudy. I understand why they're there but my first thought upon doing them for the first time was "yeah nothing says 'grace' like blue bird icons coming out as I do my steps."
