these 2 days my waiting time 100mins+, and MAX 154mins.. is that normal?

Since that is ARR story dungeon, you're probably better off putting it up in party finder. Plenty of people are nice enough to help out so I hope this helps.

make sure you are queuing during your server's/data center's prime time gaming hours. if you are doing it on odd hours that would explain your wait time considering you are on healer which is normally a pretty fast queue.

That long a waiting time for that dungeon is not normal.
Make sure you have checked the language(s) which are most common in your datacenter - Bahamut is part of the Gaia datacenter, so JP in your case.

That time doesn't sound normal even for a dps, let alone for a healer, unless you're queueing at like 4am.
