For the Amh Araeng A rank Maliktender, should "99,000 Needles" be called "990,000 Needles" if it hits a player character for 990,000 damage?

I believe most Cactaur/Sabotender needle attacks equal to the amount the move specifies, whether split or fixed for each person it hits.
