Never mind about the RoE in filler skills. I can easily move during to flank and back.

I now want to use RoE during my burst phase if I can weave it fast enough so that I don't have to move much.

Anatman> Perfect Balance > RoE> Dragon > Boot > Dragon > RoE> Dragon > Boot > Dragon

I think that is a little more fluid to focus on my burst phase leaden combo vs. moving around boss.

I hope this is still off oGCD and instant with no recast until all charges are used up. Tuesday can't get here fast enough.
