The thing I'm not sure on is how smooth weaving in Forbidden Chakra during burst window will be. With crits going to 100% that's 3 guaranteed Chakra during window. That's not even considering now spells can proc chakra too. As others have said, this creates a serious issue of oGCD bloat for Mnk.
I believe the idea behind the 100% chacrka gain is to have Forbidden AVAILABLE when your done with your Perfect Balance burst phase as it will be tricky to weave it in for Leaden Combos. Popping Anatman just before Perfect Balance will carry your form and twin timers THROUGH burst phase. This should set you up for twin if you have opo opo before perfect balance drops to go right into twin > demolish. Anything after your burst phase is just keep up twin and demolish, forbiddens/enlightenments, Tornado Kick, SSS sprinkled in there. Brotherhood, RoF, Perfect Balance will all line up perfectly every 90sec if used in succession. With Anatman always being ready for your burst phase will help out considerably for twin fall off when using your last perfect balance charge.

SSS is now our only disengage ability that makes sense. AOE on the ground around boss/mob? Pop SSS and enjoy 5s of sprint, use form shift and get back in the fight with shoulder tackle, pop twin into demolish.

I don't know what true strike or snap punch are going to be other then GCD combo filler following burst phase, with Forbiddens, elixirs, TK's, leading up to Brotherhood, RoF.

Dragon, Twin, RoE, Demolish,> Boot, True, RoE, snap, > Dragon, True, RoE, Snap,> Twin, Demolish. I also want to test this out weaving RoE in the GCD for kind of a... lazy man's way of getting around positional's so I don't have to move at all and can stay behind or to the side much longer.
