TK will simply be added to burst window. Something like....

DK > TS > Buffs > Demolish > TK > PB > BS > DK > BS > DK > BS > DK > BS weaving in FC/EF/ST and RoE between GCD as needed. Then just use second TK as it comes off cooldown.

The thing I'm not sure on is how smooth weaving in Forbidden Chakra during burst window will be. With crits going to 100% that's 3 guaranteed Chakra during window. That's not even considering now spells can proc chakra too. As others have said, this creates a serious issue of oGCD bloat for Mnk.
