So from what I think, we need to come down to the consensus if we keep the stances or not.
If yes, we should encourage stance dancing.
Recently I played slay the spire, and I think the devs made a nice job with the watcher.
Basically, you gain bonuses from the stance whenever it's active, but also an effect/buff when you leave the stance.
So why not tie stances to different weaponskill combos?
I know, in a vacuum it sounds dull, you spam one combo for 10 seconds (or whatever the duration of the on exit buff will last), then another and so on, but what if other skills will benefit from whatever stance you are in? Similarly to AST stances.
Like X skill will deal more flat damage in Y stance, but will place a dot in Z stance
