I did my Eden weeklies last week and actually thought HOW I could use SSS and Anataman in the fight.

1. SSS is actually great when your timer is really low and you shoulder tackle back into fight. It's a god send when your in OPO-OPO and don't have time to form shift to reset timer. You have to make the decision quickly, and I usually just pop Elixir Field or Forbidden after SSS to give a little DPS while I waited. Still extremely situational, it is VERY helpful when AOE's are all over and you have a brain fart neglecting your form shift.

2. Anatman skill for stopping your GL timer, and your form timers, but not in battle as you will probably die other wise. I would Form Shift prior to the pull, and just anatman when I was in the form I wanted. Usually lead shoulder tackle into demolish, or twin snakes buff into perfect balance. Kind of nice if you hate spamming form shift while you wait for the pull.

3. Anatman is GREAT for dungeon's honestly. Ran my expert and got Anamnesis Anyder! ... no surprise... I never get grand cosmos which is far more fun. Anyways.
Final boss Anatman is great for covering grates phase. Just find a grate and pop anatman. Love it. Not going to lie if i'm topped off on GL and chakra...anatman it is. Still doesn't excuse the fact that it's utterly useless otherwise, but I like the idea of just set and forget idea. Gave me time to open a beer and insert into a coo-sy.
