Form Shift will have Opo-opo form requirement removed

I am not sure what the form shift of no more opo-opo means but I guess I have to wait and see.

I wonder if this might mean that just using it once will refresh the timer? I appreciate that they added shifting through forms will keep GL up, but in expert roulette, it feels like that's all I do between pulls is spam Form Shift.
