

...but if they're converting it into a trait it wouldn't have a timer anymore? I don't know, I guess I'm really confused until I see what they're doing...at least they're doing...something...


To elaborate:
5.3 what I think they're doing is some adjustments to make Greased Lightning less of a noose around the jobs neck, Form Shift will work like Umbral Soul and just refresh stacks, Perfect Balance will have a shorter cooldown for when jumps occur. This is meant to be a hold people over for the ultimate changes they'll make later.
5.4 they're going to eliminate Greased Lightning's timer entirely (?) and pretty much every skill is going to be completely reworked. Form Shift, Perfect Balance, Anatman, and Tornado Kick will all do something different because there will be no timer to refresh.


Maybe it will just be a flat SkS bump like magic and mend for mages? If this turns out to be true then I wonder about the Stances and how they will play into this? Just have level based SkS GL2 for 30-50 GL3 for 50-70 GL4 for 70+ I wonder. All speculation. Will be interesting to see the outcome.
