Form Shift will have Opo-opo form requirement removed

I am not sure what the form shift of no more opo-opo means but I guess I have to wait and see.

Edit: A disclaimer was added that it would be best to wait for the patch notes to see the full effects.
My guess on Form Shift is it's just going to refresh Greased Lightning on use sort of like how Umbral Soul works, but we'll have to wait and see.
