2. Even if it wasn't mentioned in your post, the fact is that i was using it as an example. I could've also said skyrim or used a classic monster movie that contains werewolves or vampires as well.
And just because they are in other mmos doesn't mean they need to be in every mmo.
ESO has it yeah, but it works in a game like ESO where you are meant to be switching skillsets constantly, on top of having a limited amount to use at a time to begin with. In FFXIV, the werewolf form would probably just end up being "cute", and the vampire form, I don't know what it would do really. Anyway, I already got my werewolf costume from like 2 years ago I think. I can look like a half furry anytime I want!

I don't think we would ever see more than a boss debuff which turns you into them, we already do turn into a mummy temporarily.
Final Fantasy Tactics S vampire was a job class in it. Final Fantasy V I think had town of werewolf's in it. So could see them sometime adding them as a new beast tribe maybe.
How would one know you were a werewolf and not a Lupin as those already exist. Or between you and any succubi in game? Let's not even go into the arguements on if they'd have all their strengths and weaknesses. Not that I think they'd be able to be applicable in this game. Anyway it's a no for me.
Go play Elder Scrolls Online where you can be a werewolf AND Vampire at the same time... but please leave EMO-Twilight out of my Waifu-Anime game. :P
