MacBook Pro 64bit Display Problem in Duties, Trials or Foundation New Crafting Area

Date & Time: From Oct 2019 until Nov 29, 2019 (After installed 64bit version game)
Frequency: Every time I am inside of the duties/trials or in Foundation new crafting area, a part of the floor area getting up and sometimes block the character, then I can't see anything. Even though I change to different angles of the camera, it didn't work. The screenshot is in here.
