How do I change to digital time?

SOLVED!

Right now all timers are set to AM/PM.

I have always used digital time, so when I see 1:00PM my mind translates to: 1:00AM because with digital time 1:00PM is shown as 13:00, and 1:00AM is shown as 1:00

This has on multiple occasions caused me to port to Coerthas to mine some darksteel ore, only to realize it's not 1 in the morning but 1 in the afternoon, aka: no node for me to mine.

This is very frustrating and it keeps happening, I just can't un-teach myself time-reading same as I can't stop myself from biting nails

Can someone please help? This really bothers me.

It's in the system config I think where you can set which times to display. Local server eorzea. And the dual clock options. Theres a 12-24 hr option in there I believe.

@Dzian Thanks, but I looked in system config before making this thread The only time related thing I could find was "time before auto afk" in system config > others

Top right of your radar click the icon near (Time) which is three things.

ET: Eorzea Time
LT: Local Time
ST: Server Time

It's under

Character Configuration > UI > HUD


if i recall it defaults to whatever your system clock is.so if windows or your ps4 is in 24 hour so should the game.. but if it isn't here's where you change it

Just FYI, 12 hour and 24 time are both digital, just different kinds of digital. Digital time refers to numeric displays of time other than say a clockface with hands

@Dzian Thank you!! I would have totally missed that because the black bar on the top doesn't catch my eye at all x_x Plus it doesn't make a lot of sense for this info to be in the character menu either. :P Weird place to put such a thing! Anyways, it was on default and I now put it on 24 hours so thanks again!

@ReiMakoto I thought AM referred to at midnight, and PM to post morning or something, correct me if I'm wrong. :P I was raised in a country that doesn't use AM or PM, just 24 hour clocks. That's probably the origin of the confusion xD

a.m. stands for ante meridiem and p.m. for post meridiem which are latin for "before midday" and "after midday" respectively
