I've reviewed your support tickets before replying to you here, and it seems that disconnecting peripherals was not tried (you did mention disconnecting your second screen, which is why I excluded it in my reply here). We did try a selective startup, but the selective startup I'm suggesting should be done after unplugging all peripherals, and only if the issue is not resolved by the first step to begin with.
