    Hi Soul3cho,

Thank you for your detailed issue report, sorry to hear about the frame limiter issues you're experiencing. Based on a previous issue report, describing a similar problem while using a 144Hz display, could you attempt the below troubleshooting and let us know whether it made a difference?

    - Disconnect all peripherals except screens, mouse and keyboard (controller, headset, microphone, all other alternative input methods). Restart your computer, launch the game, confirm whether frame limiter is working as intended.

    - If frame limiter is not working as intended, please follow the below steps, then verify frame limiter functionality again.

    - Press Windows Key+R
    - Type msconfig and press Enter
    - This will load the System Configuration Utility
    - On the General tab
    - Click Selective Startup
    - Clear the box next to "Load Startup Items"
    - On the Services tab
    - In the bottom left, click the box next to "Hide all Microsoft services" (VERY IMPORTANT)
    - Click on "Disable All"
    - Click Apply
    - Click OK
    - Reboot your PC

    Thank you and best regards,

    Lupopidari

    Hi

this was already done via email support and nothing happen at which point i was instructed to raise the report here

All resolutions above 60hz in windowed and borderless result in the same.
The frame limiter caps it at a lower rate - as i have previously mentioned

if i set it to 144hz and try to cap to half it caps it to 47/48
if i set it to 120hz and cap it to half it caps it to 40

The next instructions was what i was told to do via email and nothing happened, i came back on this and then was told to post this here

    Please assist
