I have no access to the Norvrandt region under Folkore in my MIN gathering log, Item Search draws up nothing as to possibly holding it already. Ensured that I was trying to buy the Mining folklore, in Eulmore. I still have the trade tokens used as currency to purchase the folklore. Thank you for your suggestions everyone.

So ive got the game open right now. I open my gathering log, and click off level based items to special ones. The categories it lists are Coerthan Folklore, Dravanian Folklore, Abalathian Folklore, Gyr Abanian Folklore, Othardian Folklore, Vrandtic Folklore, and Ishgardian Restoration. Vrandtic being the one for Norvrandt, i click on it. For mining it shows Tungsten, Prismstone, and Beryllium. Under quarrying there are no items to display.

Right. We have no legendary items for Novrandt listed under quarrying. We didn't have any for Gyr Abania or Othard either. Everything for Stormblood was listed under mining. No way of telling if they'll add legendary quarrying nodes in 5.2, 5.3 or 5.4.

Perhaps that's the problem Iterion is having? Make certain the gathering log has Mining selected and not Quarrying when checking Vrandic Folklore.
