Afterwards, to upgrade your weapon you will need to complete the Repeatable Quest Repeatable Feature QuestA New Path of Resistance, which requires you to collect and turn in 15 Timeworn ArtifactTimeworn Artifacts. Upon turning them in, you will need to decide how to allocate the stats on your weapon.

Timeworn ArtifactTimeworn Artifacts have a chance to drop from the Palace of the Dead, and 3 will drop from every run of the Delubrum Reginae raid.
When upgraded to Augmented Law's Order, the weapons will gain a glow effec.

But How can join delubrum every time, Alone,or a party of 2/3/4 ppl.

You can queue up for DR at Gangos, I don't remember the NPC. If you're not asking that, then I don't know what you're asking.

But, you're doing content that isn't current anymore so there's definitely a good chance that people aren't doing it. PotD is fairly evergreen, so you probably have a better chance with that. Alternatively, you can find a community/FC/something that runs DR still that would be willing to take you.
