    Individual housing restriction

    When is the individual housing purchase restrictions going to be lifted? I have tried every housing area, did all the quests to enable purchasing, found nothing in the games news regarding there even being a restriction yet I am told there is a moratorium against individual purchases for now.

    The moratorium on personal purchases only exists in wards 19-21. If you can find a plot in wards 1-18 and the purchase timer has lifted, you're able to buy it now.

    SE hasn't told us when the moratorium in wards 19-21 will be removed. Best guess is that it will be part of the 5.15 maintenance but no one knows for certain.
