No, Really!
cant say I've payed much attention to PLD since i despise tanking, but id rather be a backup tank/DD than a main tank... I personally think that the problem is mostly with the stats for MRD's wep attack, stuff a paladin would NEED to tank properly, if they changed pld's wep attack to something like say...
DEX + VIT for Example, off the top of my head, it would be better tanking stats and pld may actually put those stats into effect rather than being either a good DD or a weak attacking brick crap house...

WAR Att+ stats: STR/VIT
PLD Att+ Stats: Str/MND

WAR can beef up its str/vit depending to be a DD and a Tank
PLD Needs to add VIT to itself and therefore can EITHER be a DD OR a Tank
thats what i get from looking at stats and actually playing them a bit, my inexperience with PLD is made up for the fact I never tanked on WAR until 45+

Someone give me a VALID reason as to why I'm wrong before trying to blurt out how HP is more important to tanking, Especially since a PLD hasn't been able to steal hate from me since i started tanking on WAR, I don't need collusion, I don't need Provoke/flash, I just hit stuff alot.
