To be fair.... people don't use google for the shit we have in the game NOW. You expecting people to use it for something like this? We are playing the same game right? Where people are running around at max level who still don't put LB on their bars or haven't changed a single setting in their options for 80 levels?

I think the official response was “servers servers, please understand”. I ‘member this shite bein’ talked about way back when, wit color coded names for friends an’ FC mates. Well we got the friends in orange...! So who knows.

And last I checked, we still couldn't set fc nameplates separately

Actually, it's far more natural to be ok with it.

If it has a toggle the only impact it would have is to benefit the people who do want it; it doesn't affect anyone else. So, basically speaking up against an optional feature like this is ONLY done to spite the people who do want it.

This seems to be a REALLY petty community, though; so I can't say this is surprising.

No thank you. Chat bubbles are tacky clutter, and given how long it took for us to get a toggle to disable 'Recommendations' popping up on login after that was implemented, I don't really trust SQX to actually put a setting in for something like this, either, at least not for months at a time.

Click the name of whoever in the chat log.
Select "Target" in the context menu.

This rarely works, very unreliable feature.
