Sadly, I get the same responses every time.

People seem completely content to let game potential fall by the wayside and then treat me like I'm the crazy one for wanting more out of some of the things that are already here.
I think the reason for this is what I mentioned in one of your threads before: Most people are aware that producing the content always takes the devs longer than it takes us to consume it. Thats even more true when someone burns through content - like you've seem to have done with leveling all your jobs already (something a lot of people havent done yet, thus there is reason for them to return to those zones and do more FATEs, beast tribes etc.)

Your complaint is a "luxury complaint": There actually is a lot of content in those zones, as I tried to illustrate. Its just content you either dont want to do or dont need to do anymore, so you dismiss it. But that doesnt mean that the content isnt there. The devs will never able to create enough content to keep you busy in those zones forever, even if they add more content. Your thread is a pretty good illustration of this, actually: They gave you more reason to be in Ill Mheg and developing it took them way longer than it took you to play through the content - and now you're done and hungry for more again...

People also realise that the devs ressoruces are limited - sad truth, but always a truth. So if we'd get more open world content, it would most likely take away other content - content that is enjoyed by other people. Pairing this with looking at the variety of open world content we already have, I can see why people wouldnt give up their dungeon, EX-primal or raid.

I hope I dont seem rude when saying this but these posts make me think about a story someone told in a podcast I'm listening to: Basically about how when he was a kid his mom would hand out sweets to him and his brother at the beginning of every month, for them to ration themself for the next 4 weeks. While his brother somewhat paced himself, he basically ate all the sweets right away at the first day instead of pacing himself.
Most people are pacing themselves when it comes to this game - either by force, because they can only play a couple of hours every day (or even just a couple of hours every week) or by choice to not suffer as much from burn out or content drought. So they dont share your problem - for them the zones still hold value, are still filled with things they're intrested in doing. And when you dismiss all those things that can be done in the zones because you're already done with them, it leaves at least me shrugging and thinking "well, selfmade problem then - and not a problem the devs can fix, since it will just be self-re-made in a couple of days after new rewards/things are added".
