(Freaking Proto Ultima Mesh not letting you match the black OR the gold...)

I thought Bone White matches the gold parts?

Also Raptor Blue for matching the contrast stripes.

On the overall issue of dye matching, I think they got asked about it at one point and said it's difficult to add more colours. It's definitely frustrating though.

Gah... so close, but not quite.

Bone White (and Gobbiebag Brown) are probably close enough for boots, but not for gloves.
