Custom Deliviery: not getting white crafter scripts despite being lvl 80 CRP

You're misreading it. You collect both. The screenshot you provided is telling you that you WILL NOT collect all of the yellow scrips when you receive your reward because you will lose some of it due to almost maxed out yellow scrips.

Just spend some yellow scrips before turning the items in and you will not receive that message.

Since when do you receive both yellow and white when being lvl 80 when the NPC dialog about rewards clearly states that being lvl 79 and below you won't receive white scripts?

You always get:

- EXP and the lower scripts when not max level

or

- both kind of scripts on max level

And in the lower half of the window behind the message you can see the amount of what you get at which item quality.

Yep. You get 40 white, 196 yellow without a bonus star.

If you were almost capped on both scrips the message would tell you that you wouldnt recieve the full amount of either. Basically its telling you what to spend to get the maximum reward for the turn in.
