Custom Deliviery: not getting white crafter scripts despite being lvl 80 CRP

I did 3 turn-ins at Kai Shirr and got white crafter scripts + the next satisfaction level.
I did the remaining 3 turn-ins and now got offered yellow crafter scripts.

Why no white crafter scripts?
Collectability is 900+

either you are carrying max amount of them or you got gathering scripts because you delivered a gathering item.

Your screenshot provided above only tells me that you are trying to turn something in and it's giving you a notice that you will not receive the full amount for the turn in for yellow crafter scripts. Could you in chance Screenshot the item you are trying to turn in?

On the screenshot out of the 3 turn-in items 2 are greyed out while 1 isn't: Airship Fittings, of which I have exactly 3.

... that is only a warning that you can't carry all of the yellow scrips. At level 80, you get both, yellow and white, ans you have yellow almost capped. Turn in one of the items, you will see that you receive white as usual.

Since when do you receive both yellow and white when being lvl 80 when the NPC dialog about rewards clearly states that being lvl 79 and below you won't receive white scripts?

You always get:

- EXP and the lower scripts when not max level

or

- both kind of scripts on max level

And in the lower half of the window behind the message you can see the amount of what you get at which item quality.

You will stilll get the white when you click ok.you just won’t get full allocation of yellow as you don’t have enough space. Say no, go spend some yellow then go back and turn in to get full yellow and white
