I don mind scales on body's but imo I don like it when there scales on the forehead, which is one of the reason why I don use hair without bangs on au ra

At the moment, I think I’d prefer them to focus on fixing the viera / hrothgar issue (and I say this as someone who’s been the same au’ra for two years!). However, once they address that, it would be very cool to be able to customise and decorate horns more!

In terms of character customisation settings, Viera ears are equivalent to Au Ra tails. A choice of shape settings plus a length slider.

It depends on personal taste and character design though! For my male Au Ra alt, I'd picked the face #3 that doesn't have forehead scales, and I wanted them - I had to use face paint to make it look like he has them.

It's all the more reason for them to completely rebuild the character creation system from the ground up. The longer they leave it, the worse the situation will be - especially when the game places such a heavy emphasis upon character customisation.
