    Question Crafting Collectables

    I'm just not getting this. How can I craft a collectable that's one level above my recipe?

    ***UPDATE***

    Never mind, I figured it out. It had nothing to do with level, but about Collectibility, which is the same as HQ. Gotta look at the column and then get it up to that point.
