(Suggestion) Add minimum ilevel for roulettes based on your level

Is that so? I've asked others about this in the past, and the answer I've gotten has always been that it's limited to your own alliance. Someone from another alliance leaving first would still penalize the first person in your alliance who leaves afterward, but I've never tested it myself.

If that’s true, that’s still ridiculous. 3 people get to leave for penalty and 21 leave for free? Especially in the 24-man raids where the people actually queueing for content like it are a lot fewer and far between given that most of the casual group skip over ones that aren’t CT raids because of either difficulty or just not seeing the need to pick them up.

It’s the exact purpose the roulette was trying to fix in the first place and why ilvl cheezing makes it a useless roulette on a development angle.
