I played as one for a while, actually - they're my second favourite option after Midlanders! I might go back to playing one someday, especially if they become relevant to the MSQ's again.

As for your suggestion, I think a level split would work nicely. Maybe one for ARR and HW raids and another with greater bonuses for SB and ShB raids as they're the ones that require the most time and effort.
