Please don't resort to guilt tripping people. I'm not going to speak on behalf of anybody else, though I don't have an issue with you. I rarely bear grudges over something as trivial as forum posts. Not everybody is out to get you and some people even agreed with your suggestion only to be dismissed because they didn't say exactly what you wished them to.

I agree with your suggestion. My only concern is that if it were to be implemented it would result in people choosing to eat the thirty minute penalty instead of running one of the harder and longer raids.

Also, regarding what you said, yes. People will either eat the 30min or stop queuing at all if harsher punishments were placed, thus killing roulettes even more. Give people more incentive to actually do them (e.g. splitting alliance roulette into lvl 50, 60 and 70).

I played as one for a while, actually - they're my second favourite option after Midlanders! I might go back to playing one someday, especially if they become relevant to the MSQ's again.

As for your suggestion, I think a level split would work nicely. Maybe one for ARR and HW raids and another with greater bonuses for SB and ShB raids as they're the ones that require the most time and effort.
